SHIPAIR monitors all prealerts notified by clients of incoming international airfreight to ensure that correct information is suplied to the Australian Customs Service.

On receipt of documentation of incoming airfreight, SHIPAIR staff check that the Australian Customs Service clearance has been given for the transfer of freight to our bond store.  Documentation is then passed to our clients for them to facilitate clearance to their clients and eventual delivery, either by SHIPAIR transport or by other nominated carriers.
